By accessing or using this website, including all content and functionality located at metalbuildingsllc.com (the “Site”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site.

Important: These Terms govern website access and informational use only. All quotes, purchases, engineering, and fulfillment of building systems are subject exclusively to a separate written agreement executed by MBLLC and the purchaser.
 
1. Permitted Use
The Site and its content are provided for informational purposes and lawful use only. These Terms do not govern any sale of goods or services. All transactions for metal buildings or related products are governed solely by individually executed, written contracts.

 
2. Intellectual Property
All text, graphics, logos, images, designs, software code, downloadable materials, and other content appearing on the Site (collectively, “Content”) are the exclusive property of MBLLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any Content without MBLLC’s prior written consent.
Any unauthorized use of the Content is strictly prohibited and may violate applicable laws.
 
3. Third-Party Tools & Links
The Site may include links to, or integrations with, third-party tools such as visualizers, calculators, or AI-based design interfaces (“Third-Party Tools”).

Third-Party Tools are provided solely for convenience and general reference and do not constitute a quote, engineering specification, or binding representation.
MBLLC makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of Third-Party Tools and disclaims all liability arising from their use.
 
4. Customer Responsibilities
Visitors and prospective purchasers are solely responsible for:

Verifying all local codes, loads (wind, snow, seismic), and permit requirements;
Securing all necessary governmental approvals before placing an order; and
Disclosing all site-specific details prior to contract execution.
MBLLC operates strictly as a supplier of pre-engineered and cold-formed steel building systems. We are not a contractor, installer, or erector and perform no on-site construction services.

 
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
MBLLC does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MBLLC, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:

This limitation applies even if MBLLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflicts-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in Bexar County, Texas.
